Facility Report (May 2017)
Current Projects:
Tower 6 Renovation:
The furniture on tower 6 has been removed and the painting has begun in the back alcove! There are many university staff from other departments on campus working in that area currently so please be mindful when accessing materials on that floor. This project will be continuing for the next several weeks so if you have any questions please let me know.
Tower Floor Waxing:
All of the Tower floors are in the process of being waxed. This project should be done in the few weeks. Please be mindful when going throughout the Tower for materials. See the photos above to see the progress that has been made thus far.
Roof Project:
This week you will begin to see workers setting up to start the roof project for the main building. They will be set up across from Spencer Hall in our grass running alongside our building. As this project progresses be on the look out for more information about changes as they are approaching.
Closing Statements:
Though the traffic has slowed down in the library there are other activities going on across the library in preparation for fall. If there is anything you think needs attention feel free to let me know so we can address it. As always if you have any questions about any project going on in the building please let me know.
